The Blog

  • Our little blog that could is experiencing some growing pains. We’re improving the layout and design.. bit by bit. Bare with us, as we organize the content and add new features. Be sure to add our badge to your blog. You can find it in the sidebar to the right.

  • The Best Baby Photographer directory was added to the blog recently. Here we have compiled a great list of baby and family photographers. Over 500 at last count that hail from all over the United States and Canada. Go check out the list. If you know of a great child photographer that should be featured, please drop us a line.

Family

  • Our newborn baby Spencer has been home now for 3 weeks. He was born 2 months premature at 2 lbs 11 oz but has caught up nicely and is thriving at 7 pounds now. Thanks to everyone who dropped us an email of support. We will be featuring Spencer on the blog as he grows. Stay tuned for our photoblog updates each week!
  • Charles, our middle son, is 3 1/2 years old now. Even at this young age he frequents museums and we recently caught him visiting the Hans Christian Andersen’s Museum in Solvang.
  • Gerald, the oldest, is 6 years old. What’s new with him? Well, lets see..He figured out that raising his hand in class and not knowing the answer is OK; forgot his backpack again today; loves his new Lego Batman videogame; he has totally mastered Tivo and can’t seem to live without Cinnamon Pop Tarts. And one last thing.. we caught him reading a book at school and we don’t know what got into him to do that.

  • As we pointed out in earlier post, the Gaps Casting Call voting was open thru early January. Well the voting has ended. Stay tuned for announcement of winners in late January.

  • Lastly, in an freakish bit of news, a 92 year old woman was discovered to be pregnant for 60 years after visiting doctors complaining about a stomachache. This one has been posted all over the internet, but if you haven’t had the pleasure, you can read about it at the Growing your Baby blog.
